Operating Model.
MajorWave operates the businesses it owns. Every asset is integrated into a single operating rhythm on a defined cadence — sourcing, underwriting, ownership, and realization run as one system.
The rhythm that runs the platform.
MajorWave runs a single, defined operating cadence across every fund and every portfolio facility. The cadence is what makes an operator-led platform work at scale: performance is measured, decisions are made, and capital is deployed on a rhythm that does not slip.
Investment Committee
Chaired by the CEO. Every capital commitment across every fund. Unanimous approval required.
Revenue Council
Portfolio-wide RPSF, occupancy, ECRI, and unit-mix performance across every facility. Underperformers escalated for direct-operator intervention.
Platform Operating Review

Risk Report
Chief Risk Officer reports concentration, leverage, counterparty, and covenant exposure to the Investment Committee.
Valuation Cycle
Every position on the platform. T+15 mark file, T+30 Audit Committee ratification, T+45 LP portal delivery.
LP Reporting
Every fund. Net IRR, MOIC, DPI, cash yield, NAV bridge, and portfolio commentary within 45 days of quarter-end.
Every acquisition runs the same 60-day playbook.
Every facility acquired by any MajorWave fund is integrated into the platform on a defined 60-day playbook. The playbook is boring, and it is repeated. Boredom is the point.
- Day 1–15 · Onboarding. Property manager transition. Rental agreements ported to the platform. Tenant welcome outreach. Facility-condition baseline. Environmental and safety audit.
- Day 15–30 · Systems integration. Facility connected to the platform's revenue management system, gate system, video surveillance, IoT environmental monitors, and call-center routing.
- Day 30–45 · Revenue reset. Unit-mix analysis, RPSF benchmarking against submarket, ECRI protocol activation, and dynamic pricing calibration to occupancy targets.
- Day 45–60 · 100-day plan. Written plan for the next 90 days including capex program, marketing spend, staffing plan, and stabilization milestones. Reviewed at Platform Operating Review.
